Breweries, wholesalers and partners find each other in the directory of BeerCollab. Every organisation starts out hidden, and chooses itself whether others may find it, and whether they start working together straight away or ask first.
The same three settings for a brewery, a wholesaler, a venue or a shop, under Directory visibility in the organisation settings. Your own team chooses, and can change it any time.
Café de Hoek started as Hidden, like every new organisation. Its own team switched it to Listed.
What a brewery sees in the directoryNever shown: contact persons, email addresses, street address, KvK number, or which breweries you already work with.
Partners and wholesalers look for breweries, and breweries look for partners. Each in a directory of its own, with only what the other side chose to show.
Where wholesalers, venues and shops find breweries: by name or city, with the brewery's place, website and a short description of its own.
Where breweries find wholesalers, venues, shops and beer sommeliers: by type, country or region, as a grid or by region.
A setting of its own: whether other breweries may invite you to brew a beer together. Only breweries see who is open to it.
How collab beers work →Finding each other is the start. What a partner then sees, the brewery still decides.
A partnership shows no product yet. The brewery gives access per product, so a partner sees exactly the range it buys.
How access per product works →An organisation that stays hidden can still be invited by email, and is found by everyone it already works with.
Ending a partnership removes the access to products, and for a wholesaler ends its distribution agreement too.
Twenty minutes with the app open: we look at who is in the directory for you, and which setting fits your business.
