Specifications, allergens, GTINs and label artwork arrive structured and validated — because you define what you need once, and every brewery you work with fills in the same thing.
Free to start. Our team checks every new wholesaler before its account opens.

Four things happen between “we need allergen data” and a file your systems can read. All four of them happen here.
What your systems need, each item required or a suggestion. Set once, for every brewery.
How templates work →A single SKU or a brewery's whole range. Deadlines and reminders are part of the request, not a second spreadsheet.
How information requests work →Per product, against your standard, before it fills your template. It knows what you meant the first time.
How the check works →In your own template, or picked up by your ERP through webhooks and the API.
Connect your own systems →Ask a brewery for exactly what your standard still needs, for a whole selection of products at once. You see the status; the brewery sees the deadline.

Illustration — field names and values are examples, not a shipped template.
Your information standard, and your own template in your own layout and units. Breweries see what to provide before they start, and your team receives it ready to use.
Prefer your own Excel form? Keep it. Breweries can fill in your own form with their AI agent in Excel, from the same product information, in your layout. How breweries fill in your form →
How templates and your standard work →Breweries see what your standard still needs while they complete their catalogue, so what reaches you already has it.

Already receiving product data through GS1? BeerCollab works alongside it, helping breweries complete the information in your own template.
How BeerCollab and GS1 work together →A brewery plans a release on BeerCollab, and your distribution agreement sets how many days before the release date you get it. You see per product whether it meets your own standard, and what is still missing.
The brewery sees whether the release meets your default catalog specification, and is reminded before your access while it does not. Without a specification there is nothing to check, so BeerCollab asks you to set one up.
How many days is a term of your distribution agreement. At your moment the products are in your account and you get one email with the brewery's message and where to order. If the date moves or the release is cancelled, you hear that too.
If the brewery updates a product you already see, you get one summary of the changes, at most once a day, instead of finding out on the shelf.
The product is visible to every other partner from the release date on; you had it already. You order from the brewery the way you do today: BeerCollab takes no orders, and shows its pre-order link where it set one.
This product does not meet your default catalog specification yet. Still missing:
Shown in early access: other partners only see this product from its release date, and its information can still change until then.
From today every partner sees this product. You had it already.
Two things you decide yourself: whether breweries can find you in the partner directory, and how your own systems hear what changes.
Breweries look for wholesalers in the partner directory. Whether you appear there, and on what terms, is your own setting.
Listed or not, breweries only see your name, type and place — never your contact persons, your address or which breweries you already work with.
How the directory works →Webhooks tell your ERP when an information request is answered or runs late, when an agreement starts or changes, and when a brewery gives you access to a product. A read-only API key fetches the details. From the Connected plan up.
How the API and webhooks work →Every plan connects you to breweries on the same platform. The difference is how many, and how deep the integration goes.
Try it out. Two brewery partners, their product data and their media.
Your brewery partners and their data in one shared place, instead of in your inbox.
Templates, validation rules and a line into your own systems. No manual handling left.
