The right keg, the right coupling and enough of it — at every event

An event runs on beer that has to arrive, connect and stay good until the last night. Whether you run a catering company, a mobile bar or a concert hall, your partner account holds what the planning needs: keg sizes and couplings, deposits, pallets, weights and shelf life, maintained by the brewery itself.

Why caterers and event agencies use it

Plan the bar from the brewery's own figures

An event leaves no room for the wrong coupling, a short count of kegs or a beer past its date. The brewery's record gives you the figures the plan depends on — and the verified allergens the caterer has to hand out.

  • Couplings matched to the installation before the van leaves
  • Deposits and pallets from the brewery's own figures
  • Verified allergens for every beer on the list

What the planning needs, before the van leaves

Everything below is in the partner workspace today, for every beer a brewery shares with you.

  • Kegs, couplings and depositsKeg size, coupling type and deposit per product, so the tap installation on site matches what is delivered, and the deposits add up afterwards.
  • Weights, pallets and dimensionsGross and net weight, packaging dimensions and pallet layout, for the van, the cold store and the site plan.
  • Shelf life past the eventBest-before per product, so stock bought for the summer season is still right on the last weekend.
  • Verified allergens for the eventThe allergens the brewery has verified for every beer you pour, for the caterer's allergen information and the questions at the bar.
  • Photography for signage and line-upsLogos, packshots and label artwork for bar signage, beer menus and the ticket shop, straight from the brewery.
  • Ask a brewery for the event beerFlag interest in a beer, or ask about one you cannot see yet. The brewery sees the request and answers it — no quantities or prices attached.
  • The whole crew on the same recordInvite the planners, the bar managers and the chefs. Everyone works from the brewery's current record rather than last year's spreadsheet.

Verified at the source

Allergens and specifications, verified by the brewery that brews the beer

The brewery is the one party that knows what is in its beer. On BeerCollab it enters and verifies its own allergens, ingredients and specifications — and what you see is that verified version, straight from the brewery, never a copy someone retyped in between.

  • Entered by the breweryNot by a wholesaler, an agency or whoever typed up the last spec sheet.
  • Verified by the breweryThe brewery stands behind every allergen it publishes, so you can pass it on with confidence.
  • Current, not archivedWhen a recipe changes, the brewery updates the record, and you see the update the next time you look.

What an event needs next

Events are lists, deadlines and temporary teams. That is where the next work is.

Planned means planned: none of this is in the partner workspace today, and the order can change with what partners tell us. Tell us what you need first.

  • A list per eventPlannedBuild the beer list for one event, keep it with the event, and reuse it next year.
  • One allergen sheet per eventPlannedThe verified allergens of every beer on an event's list, on one sheet the caterer can hand out.
  • Access for temporary crewPlannedGive seasonal staff access for as long as the event runs, and only to what they need.

Register your catering company, mobile bar or venue

Caterers, mobile bars and venues each have a sign-up of their own: free, and done in a few minutes. One account covers the company, and you add the crew yourself. A brewery you buy from can invite you too.

You start out hidden from BeerCollab's partner directory: whether breweries can find you is your own choice, asked once your account is open.
