The current file, with the beer it belongs to

A brewery keeps its packshots, labels, photos and brand material in one place, with the beer or product they belong to. Its wholesalers and partners download the current file themselves, and a new beer's images wait for its release date.

Upload once, and every partner has it

No attachments to send and no follow-up to chase: the material sits with the beer, and the partners you work with pick it up themselves.

For wholesalers

From the brewery itself, in the original file

Every brewery you have a distribution agreement with keeps its own material current, so what you download is what the brewery uses today.

  • The original file

Photos, labels and logos as the brewery uploaded them, in their full resolution, ready for your webshop, catalogue or shelf.

  • Ask for the material you need

Your information standard and your information requests can ask for a packshot, a label or another type of image, so you see per product what is still missing.

  • New beers, images included

With early access to a release, you get its images early too, so the new beer is in your range on the day it comes out.

Questions about photos and artwork

Does BeerCollab convert a file to my format?
No. You download the original, as the brewery uploaded it, so nothing is lost in a conversion. Its type, channel and resolution are shown with the file.
Who sees a brewery's photos and artwork?
The partners it has a partnership with and the wholesalers it has a distribution agreement with, within the dates the brewery set. Nobody else, and nothing of a beer that is still waiting for its release date.
Where does a brewery's logo show?
At the top of the emails its partners get from BeerCollab, such as a release announcement, and in the beer and price list exports.
Our files are on a shared drive. Do we move them?
No need: add a link to Dropbox, Google Drive or another cloud drive, and describe it like any other file.
