Internal communicationFor breweries

A new beer, known to everyone in your own brewery

BeerCollab is also where everything about your beers comes together internally. Record a beer once, and your bar, your webshop, your till and your sales team work from the same data.

Everyone in your brewery works from the same source

What a colleague or a system needs is already on the product record. This is what it does today, and the label says what it takes.

  • Your bar

    No integration needed

Your bar staff get an account of their own, and look up style, ABV, allergens and the beer's description themselves. Always the current data.

  • Your sales team

    No integration needed

Every release is in one place, with its release date, early access and action link. On the release date your team gets a summary of who received the beers.

  • Your marketing

    No integration needed

Packshots and label artwork live with the beer, also before it is released. Partners only see them once the release reaches them.

  • Your webshop

    With your own integration

Webhooks report a new beer, a changed product or a new packshot. Your webshop fetches the text and the photos itself.

  • Your till

    With your own integration

GTINs, packaging and product data come from the same source, so a new beer is in your till before it goes on tap.

  • Your ERP

    Douano and Breww

Beers, products and packaging come in by themselves, also when you enter them far ahead. What you complete in BeerCollab your own system can fetch.

Your whole team on BeerCollab, with unlimited accounts

There is nothing to build for this. Invite everyone who works with your beers, and everyone sees the same data.

Your systems

Your webshop and till hear as soon as it happens

Webhooks say what changed, and a read-only API key fetches the details. You build your own integration on them, or someone does it for you. Part of Integrated.

  1. 1By itselfA message when something changesA new beer, a changed product, new media, or a release that was scheduled or went out.
  2. 2Read-onlyA key fetches the detailsA message says what changed, never the contents. Your system fetches the current data.
  3. 3Your choiceYour own system takes it from thereYour webshop puts the beer online, your till gets the product, or a tool like Make or n8n sends a message to Slack or Teams. What happens is up to you.

What comes next

This is planned, so your team and your systems hear by themselves, also without an integration of your own. The order depends on what breweries ask us. Missing something? Let us know.

  • Planned

A release email for your own team

Give one address, such as your bar's, and choose how many days before the release date that team hears what is coming, with what it needs.

  • Planned

A message ahead of the date for your systems

A webhook a set number of days before the release date, so your webshop and till are ready in time.

  • Planned

    A read-only role

Invite bar staff with an account of their own that can look everything up and change nothing.

  • Planned

    Straight to Slack or Teams

Pick a channel and the events you want to hear about, without an integration of your own.

  • Planned

    A ready-made webshop integration

New beers, texts and packshots in your webshop by themselves, starting with the systems breweries use most.

  • Planned

Your year plan in one overview

All your releases of the year in a row, for your whole team.

Questions about internal communication

Does this work with our webshop or till?
Any system that can receive webhooks or call an API can follow along. A ready-made integration exists for Douano and Breww today. Tell us which system you use, and we'll look at what it takes together.Contact us →
Can BeerCollab send a message to our bar staff?
On the release date your team on BeerCollab gets an email. An address of your own and a message ahead of the date are planned. If you want a message in Slack or Teams today, that works through your own integration.
What can someone with an account do?
Today the same as any other team member: look things up and change them. A read-only role, for your bar staff for instance, is planned.
Does our bar see a new beer before the release date?
Yes, if your bar staff have an account: your own team sees all your beers, also those hidden from partners. A share link opens without an account, and shows a hidden beer only on its release date. How a release works →
Can we use this without partners on BeerCollab?
Yes. Your catalogue, your team's accounts, webhooks and the API work even if you don't work with a single partner yet. You add partners whenever you like.
Which plan is this in?
Accounts for your team and the email on the release date are part of every plan. API access and webhooks are part of Integrated.Plans for breweries →
